Prof. Dr. Werner Mellis,
born in 1951, is a professor of information systems specialising in software engineering management. After studying mathematics and physics at the University of Cologne, he was awarded a doctorate in mathematics in 1980. From 1984 to 1992 he held executive positions with Nixdorf Computer
AG, in the area of product development, and with Daimler Benz AG, in the area of research and development, prior to his appointment as professor at Cologne University in 1993.





Matthias Baunach
Matthias Baunach,
born in 1955, is the employee’s representative at the Supervisory Board since March 3rd 2009. After receiving a Master of Business and Engineering (Dipl. Wirtsch.-Ing.) at University of Darmstadt, Germany, Matthias has held several positions – as Internal Auditor, Production Controller and SAP Project Director – in Consulting and the Pharmaceutical Industry. He started with Andersen Consulting in 1984 and from there went on to work for DEG-Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft, Boehringer Ingelheim, Warner Lambert/Pfizer and Steria Mummert Consulting. He started with SQS AG in 2006 as Quality- and Test Manager for the business region West/East with rather international assignments which took him to Poland, Switzerland, the US and Luxembourg. Since January 2009 Matthias is Principal Consultant at the SAP Center of Excellence.

Jeremy Hamer,
born in 1953, was appointed to the Supervisory Board on 25 August 2005. A qualified chartered accountant, he was previously an associate of Elderstreet Private Equity Limited. He is also a director of a number of other quoted and unquoted companies, including Inter Link Foods plc and Avingtrans plc, and is non-executive chairman of Glisten plc and Berkeley Scott Group plc.
